Download data
Click on the Download menu item and select either Direct or ASCII output
format. Direct format means that data will be stored directly in GlobalServer
database. ASCII format means that data will be stored in a file.

The user should select a record type, interval and a set of time frames.

If the user has selected ASCII output format then the following dialog
will be shown up. The user may select a predefined Metastock compatible
ASCII format or set up the number of digits after the decimal separator
and the character being used as the field separator. Also the user may
select a time zone to store date and time adjusted to the time zone.
And finally the user should select the folder to store ASCII files in.
If the user has chosen the Direct output format then the following dialog
will be shown up. The "Always send data as
Trade record" check box is
used to forсe IBLoader to store data in the GlobalServer database
as a trade record regardless of Record type settings. Also the user may
change original time zone coming from Interactive brokers to let GlobalServer
to adjust time information correctly. Usually it is not necessary. Also
the user can add shift to compensate lag with the "Add
seconds to timestamp" input box.

And finally click on the Finish button to start up downloading.
