UniServer SDK
The UniServer SDK allows to download history data for selected symbols to GlobalServer. Using the IDVExternal interface it's possible to open existing symbols and download data for any field and resolution supported in GlobalServer. IDVExternal can connect to both local and remote GlobalServer installations. Using effective buffering and optimization tools, GlobalServer together with UniServer can process as much as 5-10 thousands ticks per second, depending on the hardware used. Besides, with the UniServer SDK you'll be able to plot data for larger resolutions automatically, i.e. minute data formed on the basis of tick data, 5-minute or daily formed from minute, daily formed from 5-minute.
XPO Format SDK
The XPO Software Developer’s Kit opens unlimited possibilities when working with the XPO format. It allows to create, read and add data to them. With the XPO SDK you can develop your own products able to create and read XPO files. The XPO Software Developer's Kit has been made available to software developers for the first time. At represent the XPO is the format of choice known for its convenience, flexibility and compact size.
Historical data feeding for TradeStation
We possess a unique know-how in rapid data feeding to GlobalServer, allowing us to pack data several times as fast as the traditional methods. This is achieved through running several processes in parallel, we download history data from the Internet or intranet server and place it in the GlobalServer database at once. Besides, our technology lets the downloading process be controlled right from within GlobalServer. So we have a fast, productive and most convenient method of feeding data in any format to GlobalServer.
Extract data the way TradeStation does and use it for any 3d party application
TradeStation Securities supplied developers with a Software Development Kit that allows to extract data from GlobalServer and use it for other applications. But the SDK has three global problems. First, most of the described doesn't work even on examples. Second, an error slows down data immensely, extensive volumes take hundreds or even thousands as much time as original TradeStation. For example, if you'd like to chart 1000000 ticks of a day's data in Trade Station, this will take 3-5 minutes but 5000-100000 minutes using the SDK! Third, due to a memory bug, GlobalServer can extract only a limited number of ticks if you're using the Advise method, after a while GlobalServer uses up all the virtual memory and finally crashes. To correct all those problems we've studied methods of TradeStation's work and now are offering you a rapid and secure data extraction method, presented as a simple and intuitive to use SDK for integrating data to your application quickly and smoothly. Presented below are possible solutions using the technologies described above. Surely, we're ready to do other, custom projects based on our technologies.
Data filtration and synchronization between workstations
With the data extraction method described above you can pass data anywhere, thus implementing automatic updates and synchronization of remote databases such as GlobalServer's and other data storage. You can extract data for additional transformations of any kind, like filtering and creating composite symbols. Since data is error-prone, pre-processing becomes a must for quality marketing data analysis. Following the analysis data can be loaded to GlobalServer or to XPO/OMZ using the methods described above, quickly and with no need for constant user supervision.
XPO/OMZ format file creation & creating files in any format from XPO/OMZ
We offer various solutions for converting quotes or whole databases in any format into XPO/OMZ. If the customer does not know the format of source files and cannot obtain software from the original developers, we're ready to study the format and come up with a solution ourselves. With our technologies we can provide seamless integration and support of the OMZ/XPO for any applications. Also we offer to use XPO format for data storage. The data will be packed and compact, and what's most important - easily accessible for work. If there arise any problems with GlobalServer leading to data loss all that has to be done is to unpack the .xpo file for the necessary symbol for the given data and import that data to GlobalServer. XPO files can store data for any time spans, i.e. all the data for a day of work can be saved to a separate new XPO file.
